Purpose:

The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring top talent for all of our dealerships. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract candidates. The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating job offers, and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies that align with business needs and goals.
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods such as job postings, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Attend and represent all types of recruitment events
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Monitor and report on recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assists in administering employee engagement programs which may include recognition and wellness
  • Assists the HR Director as needed in other related duties as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting for agricultural and automotive roles preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • 1 years experience in a human resource admin role or administrative assistant position in an HR department
  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office especially excel and internet functions
  • General knowledge of employment laws, policies, and regulations
  • Even tempered and non-bias character is a must
  • Ability to use database software and human resources computer application systems
  • Understanding of confidentiality policies and other regulatory policies
  • Must be able to travel, have on transportation and work independently or group settings
  • Must be able to work remote as it's a hybrid position
  • Must have a sense of humor, work in fast paced environment with diversity
